How to get Z-CoiL footwear
- (1) Unlike normal or functional shoes, you need to make a reservation at least one day before visiting. This will take 30 minutes to 1 hour and you can go with your customized Z-CoiL shoes. When you visit our store, we consider your conditions such as age, height, weight, flat foot, foot shape, gait, posture, pelvic condition, etc., to customize your footwear. We will explain the design of the shoe, help you select the footwear that is most appropriate for your activities, and make sure the shoe is sized properly. Then you will be asked to spend about 10 minutes walking in the store to experience the “feel” of this unique footwear. While you are walking, we will check your toe room, arch support, heel fit, and shoe width. We will also ask you to be specific about the pain you are experiencing so that we can focus on those issues.
- (2) You will need to come in person. If you can’t move well or you are senior citizens, please come with your guardian.
- (3) There are no cancel fee for reservation.
- (4) We can adjust your Z-CoiL shoes again according to your conditions such as your pain recovery, weight loss or gain, flat foot, postural correction, etc. And there is no additional cost!
